Over 10.5 million viewers tuned in during the three months since its premiere, making it a massive success for the network. The last chapter of the story was released in two parts, with Part 2 premiering on September 6.
The penultimate episode aired on Friday, and the show is set to conclude the following week. Episode 408 saw a significant increase in viewership and even ranked as the #1 rated cable program across the weekend among Black households in key markets such as Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
The series follows Tariq St. Patrick, portrayed by Michael Rainey Jr., as he navigates a crucial turning point in his life. Tariq is the son of James “Ghost” St. Patrick, a character from the original Power series.
