Yuichi Kimura, “The Father”, boards a bullet train in Tokyo looking for the attacker of his son Wataru. Meanwhile, guided by her master Maria Beetle, agent “Ladybug” is responsible for retrieving a wallet full of money on the same train, replacing her sick colleague, Carver. Ladybug hesitates because her recent bad streak at work has resulted in sudden death. Also on the train are two English murderous brothers named \”Lemon” and \”Tangerine\”, who has just rescued a man (“The Son”) from the Kidnapped and taken with the bag to his Russian father. -born Yakuza-Boss called “White Death”. Ladybug, understanding Lemon from a wrongful job in Johannesburg, offers to return the case in exchange for letting him go. Lemon suspects that Ladybug killed Son, which leads to a fight. Lemon is knocked out during the fight and Ladybug and Tangerine discuss the secret in secret before she splits off to be chased and framed for the boy’s murder. The boss finds the bag, traps it with explosives, and sets Yuichi’s gun to explode and shoot him. Ladybug meets Tangerine, and after running away from the White Death Men Tangerine escapes from the train station, but she comes out of nowhere. Suspicious of the two, Lemon shoots Yuichi but fails after drinking from a bottle of water that Ladybug used to recover with sleeping pills. The prince shoots Lemon and hides him and Yuichi in a bathroom. Ladybug encounters another assassin, \”The Hornet\”, who has poisoned the son and wolf’s wedding party with the venom of a boomslang snake. After a struggle, both are exposed to venom, but only Ladybug gets the anti-venom that saves her. Tangerine meets the Prince and finds one of Lemon’s train stickers on him, realizing that he shot Lemon. Ladybug stops them and kills Tangerine before she can shoot the boss. Yuichi’s father, “The Elder”, enters the train at another stop. He recognizes the boss and tells him that Wataru is safe, while his bodyguard killed the henchman. After escaping, the Old Man tells Ladybug that he will be waiting for the death of White, who killed his wife while taking over the Yakuza.
Finding Yuichi and Lemon still alive, the four of them work together to face the White Death. In Kyoto, Ladybug gives the briefcase to the White Death. The President, who is revealed to be the daughter of the White Death, refuses to shoot him. The White Plague explains that everyone on the train has something to do with his wife’s death. He hired them hoping they would kill each other, not knowing that Carver had been replaced. The White Death’s henchmen open the bag, which explodes, knocking Ladybug and the White Death back into the train. The rest of the henchmen board Death’s Death and fight the assassins, while the Elder faces White Death.
The train crashed in downtown Kyoto. Emerging from the wreckage, impaled on the Old Man’s katana, the White Death attempts to kill Ladybug, but a gun explodes in front of him. The boss threatens Ladybug, Yuichi, and the Elder with a machine gun but is chased by a fruit truck driven by Lemon, who crashed into the train first. Maria arrives to retrieve Ladybug, while the Japanese authorities begin cleaning up the damage caused by the train accident.
