‘Good Omens’ Production Stopped: Shocking Allegations Against Neil Gaiman.

The production of the third and final season of “Good Omens” has reportedly been paused due to sexual assault allegations against author Neil Gaiman. Gaiman has denied the allegations strongly. The Prime Video fantasy series, which was being filmed in Scotland, may undergo production adjustments during the hiatus.

The news was first reported by Deadline, and representatives for Prime Video have chosen not to comment on the situation. Recently, Disney also halted the adaptation of Gaiman’s “The Graveyard Book,” and Netflix announced that it wouldn’t be renewing “Dead Boy Detectives,” both linked to Gaiman’s works.

Allegations against Gaiman emerged in July, with five women accusing the author of sexual assault. “Good Omens” features David Tennant and Michael Sheen in lead roles, with a supporting cast including Jon Hamm, Miranda Richardson, and others. Co-showrunner Douglas Mackinnon announced on social media that he will not be returning for the next installment of the series.
