SZA, who will not attend the VMAs on September 12, is the second artist nominated at the event, receiving nominations for Video of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year and more. Meanwhile, the nominees for Artist of the Year are Beyoncé, Doja Cat, Karol G, Nicki Minaj, Shakira, and Taylor Swift, who later won the award.
