The 32-year-old Australian actor has become a star in Hollywood but hasn’t always been confident in his acting abilities.
Robbie appeared at the BAFTA ceremony in London earlier this week, where he reflected on his 30-year career as an actor and producer over the past decade.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Robbie said it was then that he felt “good” to “go to my idols,” including Quentin Tarantino.
The actor went on to explain that his contact with Tarantino led him to play the role of Sharon Tate in his 2019 film at once… in Hollywood. He said that working with Tarantino was “a bucket list item for me”.
Elsewhere in the interview, Robbie revealed what Scorsese thinks a movie should do to make it “good”.
