Kim Kardashian will be playing a role in the 12th season of American Horror Story.

Kim Kardashian will play a “beautiful” and “scary” role written especially for her in the next season of “American Horror Story.”

The real TV megastar turned beauty and fashionista will star in season 12 of Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk’s “American Horror Story: Delicate” this summer.

Kardashian made the announcement Monday with a stunning Instagram video set to the lullaby “Rock-a-Bye Baby” and the sound of children playing. Kardashian will join “AHS” veteran Emma Roberts, who is returning to the franchise after a four-year hiatus. Roberts guest stars on episodes of “AHS,” “Coven,” “Freak Show,” “Cult,” “Apocalypse,” and “1984.” She also called Murphy’s headline “Scream Queens.”

Halley Feiffer will be the sole writer and showrunner of the 12th season of “AHS”. Feiffer wrote stories for “American Crime Story,” “Roar,” “SMILF” and “Mozart in the Jungle.”

The next season will be based on the thriller “Difficult Situation” by Danielle Valentine, which will hit bookstores in August. This documentary follows an independent actress as she embarks on an epic IVF journey, which always seems to be devastating. It was clear to her that the evil one was plotting to ensure that she would never conceive; when she turned to the men in her life, they refused to listen to her.

It was reported that Murphy was so impressed with Kardashian when she hosted the program of “Saturday Night Live” in 2021 that he began to discuss introducing her to the camp of “AHS” last summer.

“Kim is one of the biggest and brightest TV shows in the world, and we’re thrilled to welcome her to the ‘AHS’ family,” executive producer Murphy told THR. “Emma and I are excited to be part of this great tradition. Halley Feiffer wrote a fun, beautiful, and ultimately scary role for Kim, and this season is ambitious and unlike anything we’ve done.

When it comes to scripted gigs, her resume shows only a handful of jobs in the last 20 years. She played Elle in the 2009 series “Beyond the Break” for four episodes and appeared in an episode of “CSI: NY” in 2009. She also played Nikki LePree on “Drop Dead Diva” for four episodes in 2012.
