Hayden Panettiere Speaks Out on Brother Jansen’s Death and Personal Struggles.

Hayden Panettiere recently opened up about the profound impact of her brother Jansen Panettiere’s passing in February 2023. She expressed that she will never fully come to terms with losing her only sibling, describing the experience as akin to losing half of her soul. The 35-year-old actress emphasized that she will always carry the pain of her brother’s death. Despite the immense grief, she has found a new perspective, learning to prioritize what truly matters and not letting trivial issues affect her. Jansen tragically passed away in his Nyack, NY, apartment due to an enlarged heart.

During an interview on “Good Morning America,” Hayden became emotional when Michael Strahan offered his condolences, stating that her brother is always with her. She also shared her struggles with agoraphobia after attending Jansen’s funeral, which led her to seek help from a personal trainer, Marnie Alton. Hayden credited Marnie for empowering her and helping her break free from destructive patterns. She found solace in long walks and exercise, which not only benefited her physically but also allowed her to release stress and let go of unrealistic expectations she placed on herself.

Furthermore, Hayden shared endearing details about her 9-year-old daughter, Kaya, whom she shares with her ex-fiancé Wladimir Klitschko, expressing pride in Kaya’s love for golf and horses.
