Giovanni Pernice Cleared: Triumph over False Abuse Allegations.

Former Strictly Come Dancing professional Giovanni Pernice has been cleared of allegations of abuse made by former partner Amanda Abbington on the BBC show. Pernice expressed his happiness after the investigation and mentioned his frustration in an Instagram post, emphasizing his passion for his work. The BBC apologized to Abbington, stating that some but not all of the complaints were upheld. Abbington had withdrawn from the show due to personal reasons and had accused the environment of being toxic and of experiencing inappropriate behavior. Pernice, who has consistently denied the allegations, expressed relief that the ordeal is over after months of reading untrue things in the newspapers without being able to respond.

Today, Giovanni Pernice expressed his happiness as none of the serious allegations against him have been upheld. The allegations included threatening, abusive, and harassing behavior which were found to be unsubstantiated. Out of the 17 allegations made against him, 11 were rejected. It was found that the upheld allegations involved instances where Pernice became frustrated and gave negative feedback to his partner, as well as incidents of swearing.

However, there were no findings of physical aggression. Pernice expressed his gratitude to his fans for their support and stated that he can now continue doing what he loves, which is to entertain. The investigation into these complaints was launched earlier this year.
