The ‘Brothers’ Trailer: Josh Brolin, Peter Dinklage, and Glenn Close Dazzle in This Must-Watch Film.

The recently released trailer for “Brothers” on Prime Video promises a wild and hilarious ride. Directed by Max Barbakow, known for the time-looping Hulu film “Palm Springs,” this star-studded comedy features a script penned by Macon Blair, who also acts in “The Thicket” and directed the unreleased “Toxic Avenger” remake.

The film boasts an ensemble cast including Josh Brolin, Peter Dinklage, Glenn Close, Brendan Fraser, Taylour Paige, E. Emmet Walsh, and Jennifer Landon. “Brothers” follows the story of a reformed criminal (Josh Brolin) whose attempt at a law-abiding life takes an unexpected turn when he reconnects with his unpredictable twin brother (Peter Dinklage) on a cross-country road trip in pursuit of a life-changing score. Dodging bullets, the law, and their overbearing mother, they must mend their fractured family bond before their journey ends in catastrophe.

Director Barbakow shared amusing anecdotes from the set, highlighting the willingness of the esteemed cast to embrace the film’s absurdity. Josh Brolin’s playful antics set the tone for the production, with the actor even suggesting donning tighty-whities and enjoying a snack during the first scene. Barbakow also praised Glenn Close’s willingness to take risks, recalling a moment when she surprised everyone by mooning the crew. The director described the experience as a delightful romp, emphasizing the cast’s enthusiasm for embracing the film’s silliness and eccentricity.
