Mumbai: Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan was injured while shooting for his upcoming film, Project K, in Hyderabad. Big B took to his blog to share on Sunday that he fractured his ribs and said that he is now resting at his home in Mumbai. “In Hyderabad, while shooting for Project K, during the filming, he injured himself, fractured the cartilage of his ribs, and tore his right rib muscle. The film has been canceled, the doctor examination and CT scan at AIG Hospital Hyderabad and flew home,” said Amitabh Bachchan.
Directed by Nag Ashwin, Project K is a bilingual film shot simultaneously in two languages, namely Hindi and Telugu, in different locations. Deepika Padukone and Prabhash are playing important roles in the film. During this crisis, Amitabh Bachchan said that he found solace in his words ‘Babuji’.
The actor wrote on his blog, “Taking time to spend with Babuji and his wisdom, his wit and words, and his great creativity. the essence of life in his writing.. and such learning and joy surprised him to be with him. There was a desire to share with him. Share the little things I can describe his words and memories of his time with him… fearing the vision and intelligence of such a thing. wondering how one can think about everything he wrote, said, thought through it..”
